Savannah

‎The savannah ecosystem is formed by the tropical grasslands, characterized by the presence of many trees. Acacia, Miombo and Mopane woodlands coexist with open grass.

In this huge safari part, you can find a large groups of species. You will have a glimpse of the national parks of Africa where large herds of zebra, wildebeest, impala and gazelles are typically seen roaming the seemingly endless plains and woodland.

One of the highlights is the large herd of Cape Buffalo, one of the “big five” and notorious as a very dangerous animal. The other highlight is the Southern White Rhinoceros. You can find a large herd of this social rhino species, the largest of all rhinos.

Other interesting species you can see are: various species of antelopes, common waterbuck and the large common eland.
